I'm Koki Hagiuda, a Japanese native based in Japan. I help overseas businesses and individuals verify information in Japan, research Japanese companies and suppliers, and contact Japanese businesses directly when public information is not enough.

Before starting Japan Access Desk, I ran several businesses in Japan from 2019 to 2025, operating up to five locations at the same time and around ten in total. I handled suppliers, pricing, recruitment, customer acquisition, and day-to-day operations myself.

I work mainly with official and primary Japanese sources. Depending on the request, I can verify products and companies, purchasing conditions, minimum order quantities, stock, export conditions, supplier information, and other Japan-side details needed before making a decision.

When necessary, I can also make written inquiries in Japanese to companies, manufacturers, suppliers, stores, and organizations in Japan and summarize the response clearly.

My work is handled online and in writing, with a clear summary of what was confirmed, what remains uncertain, and what the next practical step is.
