## The Mission
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Junior Digital Marketer to help us scale our online presence. This isn't a traditional "post on Facebook" role. We are looking for someone who understands how to capture attention on Reddit, write emails that actually get opened, and use AI tools to work 10x faster.

## What you will be doing
- Reddit Strategy: Analyze high-performing Reddit patterns and "remix" them to create authentic, viral-style posts for our niche.
- Email Copywriting: Write persuasive email sequences designed to convert subscribers into customers.
- SEO-Checking: Review content to ensure it meets basic SEO standards (keywords, readability, and meta-data).
- AI Integration: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney to streamline content creation and research.

## Required Skills
- Strong English Writing: You must be able to write in a tone that feels natural and persuasive.
- Platform "Vibe" Literacy: You understand the difference between a LinkedIn post and a Reddit post.
- AI Curiosity: You are already using AI tools and are eager to find new ways to prompt them for better results.
- Analytical Mind: You can look at an SEO checklist and make sure a blog post ticks all the boxes.

## The Process (Trial Period)
We value results over resumes. We will start with a paid 2-week trial period focusing on a few specific copywriting and Reddit tasks. If you show great initiative and your copy converts, we will move to a long-term freelance arrangement.
