High-Earning Institutional Sales Opportunity
Each school partnership can generate ₹80,000+ first-year commission plus recurring income every year as long as the school continues using the program.

We are looking for sales partners who can onboard schools for our student character development platform Character Cultivator. This is a pure commission-based opportunity.

About the Program
Character Cultivator is a structured digital program that helps students develop approximately 50 core character traits such as: Discipline, Responsibility, Respect, Self-control etc. The program works through simple daily activities that strengthen positive habits and moral development in students.

Pricing
Official program price is ₹1000 per student per year (tax inclusive)

Sales partners can sell within the range:
Minimum: ₹300 per student per year (inclusive of tax)
Maximum: ₹1000 per student per year (inclusive of tax)
This flexibility allows you to adjust pricing depending on the school and location.

Minimum Criteria for school Onboarding - Minimum 200 students per school.

Commission Structure
Commission is calculated on the final invoice value of the school.
Year 1: 40% commission (after tax deduction)
Year 2: 30% commission (after tax deduction)
Year 3 onwards: 20% commission every year (after tax deduction)
Commission continues as long as the school remains subscribed to the software.

Commission Payment
Commission will be paid within 5 business days after payment is received from the school in company's bank account.

Example Earnings -
Example: 200 students at ₹1000
School invoice value : ₹2,00,000
Your earnings:
Year 1 → ₹80,000
Year 2 → ₹60,000
Year 3 onwards → ₹40,000 every year

Additional Role
The sales partner will also act as the single point of contact (POC) for the school:
Communicate feedback from the school
Help clarify doubts if any
Provide basic training if required (rare, as the platform is simple)
