We are preparing for our beta launch and are seeking a highly experienced App Marketing & Beta Testing Specialist to help recruit early adopters and structure a successful launch.

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelancer with proven experience launching or scaling mobile apps, ideally within consumer, social, or dating platforms.

The selected candidate will help design and execute our beta testing strategy, recruit early users, and support the marketing efforts that will take Whisprr from beta through early growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a beta testing acquisition strategy (5,000+ users)
• Recruit high-quality early adopters through digital channels
• Coordinate influencer seeding and community outreach
• Optimize App Store presence and launch messaging
• Analyze early user engagement and retention metrics
• Recommend marketing experiments and growth strategies
• Work with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing mobile apps or consumer technology platforms
• Previous involvement in beta testing or early-stage product launches
• Strong understanding of user acquisition channels
• Experience with growth marketing frameworks
• Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Experience working with startups or early-stage products

Project Scope

Initial engagement will focus on:

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, capable of helping us design a launch strategy while also implementing early user acquisition initiatives.

You should be comfortable working with an early-stage product and collaborating directly with founders.
