1. THE BRUTAL REALITY:

There is no "tryout" pay. If you ride your bike in the sun for 8 hours, pitch to 20 showroom owners, and close zero deals—you will make exactly ₹0 for the day. We provide elite tech (Google Maps & NFC systems) and backend infrastructure. You provide the street execution. You eat what you kill.

2. THE FINANCIAL UPSIDE:

We enforce this ruthless structure because the payouts are massive. You are closing high-ticket B2B packages (₹7,999 to ₹24,999).

Average (1 deal/day): Earn ₹17,500/week (₹70,000/month).

Elite (3 deals/day): Earn ₹50,000+ per week.

The cash is uncapped.

3. THE BATTLEFIELD & REQUIREMENTS:

100% field operations across Bengaluru.

You MUST own a two-wheeler.

You MUST speak confident English and Kannada.

You will face heavy rejection from shop owners. If you have a fragile ego, this is not for you.

HOW TO PROVE YOU READ THIS:

If you understand this combat role and are hungry enough to hunt for high-ticket commissions, start your cover letter or message with the exact phrase: "I EAT WHAT I KILL". If we don't see that phrase, your application will be instantly deleted.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY OPERATIONS
1. Daily Field Work (Meeting Clients)
+ You will be on the ground, visiting 15 to 20 local businesses every day.
+ We specifically target hardware stores, home decor showrooms, tile shops, and automotive centers across Bengaluru.
+ You will walk in unannounced, bypass the staff, and speak directly face-to-face with the actual business owners.
2. The Pitch & The Close (Making Sales)
+ You will show the shop owner exactly how our NFC technology and Google Maps system will get them more customers. We will train you on exactly what to say.
+ You will pitch our tech packages (ranging from 7,999 to 24,999).
+ Your job is to close the deal on the spot. We do not do "follow-ups" or leave brochures. You get a "Yes" or a "No" and move to the next shop.
3. Collecting Payments & Uploading Data
+ Once the owner agrees, you will collect the 100% upfront payment via UPI before you leave the shop.
+ You will take 20+ clear photos of their showroom using your phone camera.
+ You will fill out a simple business detail form on your phone and upload the photo to our TapFlow Google Drive. Our office team takes over from there.
