**Job Title:** Persian (Farsi) Crypto Community Manager – Telegram

**Job Type:** Remote | Part-Time / Full-Time
**About Us:**
We are a global cryptocurrency exchange looking to expand into Persian-speaking markets. We are building a strong Iranian trader community and need an experienced Persian-speaking Community Manager to lead and grow our Telegram presence.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and moderate Persian Telegram group & channel
* Engage daily with users (answer questions, guide new users)
* Post updates, announcements, and campaigns in Farsi
* Handle user queries related to trading, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
* Control spam, FUD, and maintain a healthy community
* Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & promotions
* Assist in onboarding new users through Telegram

**Requirements:**
* Naive Persian (Farsi) speaker
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency & trading (MUST)
* Experience managing Telegram or Discord communities
* Good communication skills (friendly but professional)
* Ability to handle large communities and active chats
* Basic English understanding for internal communication

**Bonus (Preferred but not required):**
* Existing access to Iranian crypto communities or traders
* Experience working with crypto exchanges
* Ability to bring influencers or traders
* Marketing or growth experience
