I am an experienced software engineer based in the United States.
Due to hearing and communication challenges following an accident last year, I sometimes have difficulty expressing my thoughts clearly during live job interviews, even though I have strong technical experience.
I am looking for someone who can support me with interview preparation, mock interviews, communication coaching, note-taking, and real-time interview support in ways that are appropriate and transparent.
I am offering $20 per hour for this support, with additional commission-based compensation depending on the outcome and level of involvement.
I am especially interested in someone with a software engineering background who understands technical interviews and can help me present my experience more effectively and confidently.
