Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Work on-ground to support daily operations of the mobility platform, including coordinating with users and ensuring smooth ride/carpool experiences
2. Actively test the product, identify bugs/issues, and share structured feedback to improve user experience
3. Assist in user acquisition by promoting the app within college campuses, residential areas, and target communities
4. Engage with users directly to onboard new customers and address queries or concerns in real time
5. Collaborate with the core team on marketing initiatives, campaigns, and growth experiments
6. Track performance metrics (sign-ups, usage, retention) and contribute ideas to improve growth
7. Earn performance-based incentives through successful user onboarding and engagement

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship from Mid May
3. are available for duration of 4 weeks
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Have access to a car (own/family/shared) - not compulsory, but a plus
2. Comfortable traveling locally and interacting with people
3. Interested in startups, operations, or growth roles
