I’m building a personal finance product focused on housing decisions in the US (buy vs rent, move vs stay, mortgage impact, etc).
This is NOT a traditional social media role.

I don’t need someone to schedule posts or manage accounts.
I need someone who thinks in ideas and distribution - someone who can look at a number and immediately see a story.

What you’ll do

Create high-performing content for:
TikTok (short-form video)
Reddit (text-based posts)
Reels

Format is flexible.
What matters is the idea - something that makes people stop, think, and share.

You’ll work across:

City vs city comparisons
Rate shock (3% vs 6.5% mortgages)
Hidden costs (“moving could cost you $147K”)
Real decision trade-offs (better home vs worse finances)
“Nobody tells you this…”
Regret / hindsight content
“You’re overpaying and don’t know it”
Move now vs wait decisions

Plus high-viral angles:

“You got lucky and don’t even know it”
“You’re stuck - and here’s why”
“The number nobody expects”
“What most people do vs what actually makes sense”
“This one thing changes everything”
“Feels right, but costs you more”
Reddit-style doubts (“Am I crazy for not moving?”)
Reality vs expectation comparisons

What I’m looking for

Someone who:

Thinks in hooks, not posts
Understands what makes people stop scrolling
Can turn numbers into simple, compelling stories
Understands attention, curiosity, and tension
Has strong intuition for what might go viral
