Description

We are seeking a Freelance Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, improve team collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching Agile teams, removing roadblocks, and implementing best Scrum practices to enhance productivity. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive efficient workflows and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies.
Guide teams in Agile best practices to improve workflow efficiency and collaboration.
Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team productivity.
Ensure that the development team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback and refining Agile processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent certification).
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work with remote or distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience coaching teams new to Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
