We are launching SkillSwipe, an innovative peer-to-peer (P2P) learning platform. Think of it as a network where learning happens through direct exchange: you teach what you know and learn what you need.

The challenge: we are looking for a proactive, hands-on freelancer to lead our user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate focuses on bringing real, engaged users into the platform—not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Targeted outreach: identify and engage learners, professionals, and creators who would benefit from the community.
• Real user acquisition: ensure that users not only visit the platform but also complete the full sign-up and fill out their profiles thoroughly.
• Meaningful engagement: encourage and confirm the first “skill swaps” (skill exchanges) between users.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in growth hacking, sales, or community management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to find and engage users within relevant niches.
