We’re a consultancy company operating in online entertainment and iGaming platforms and we're looking to scale our operations.

We’re looking for experienced marketers who can source and qualify high-quality US clients through ethical, compliant channels.

This is a performance-based partnership, not a fixed hourly role.

To address the most important question from the start - Compensation - We're offering $500 for successful referrals from the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan (our core markets).

We're offering $222 for successful referrals from the following states - Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

Paid after the client successfully completes onboarding. No cap on the amount of clients that you bring.

Paid monthly or per-conversion (your choice). We care far more about quality than volume.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and reaching qualified US prospects through your own channels
(content, communities, direct outreach, email, partnerships, etc.)

Pre-qualifying leads based on clear criteria we provide

Introducing interested prospects to us (warm handoff)

No selling scripts, no cold calling required unless that’s your strength

We handle onboarding, fulfillment, compliance, and support.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

Have serious experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, growth, or client acquisition

Understand how to market iGaming offers without hype

Can communicate clearly and professionally with US-based prospects

This is not a fit if you’re looking for:

Guaranteed hourly pay

Mass spam tactics

Black-hat or misleading marketing
