We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Help with accounts payable and receivable.
Support in tax preparation and filing.
Communicate with clients or vendors to resolve billing or payment issues.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a related field.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills.
