1. CTI Dashboard for Contact Center
CTI is a web-based customer service provider application. All banking information of the customer is stored through the CTI application. In addition, the customer's instruction-based request is kept which is validated by the supervisor, and the service is provided to the customer. In addition, all data is analyzed through reporting.

2. Green Pin (Paperless PIN Generation)
The green PIN is a web-based card PIN-generating service provider application. This allows a user to generate, reset, forget, and update the new PIN number of his card.

3. Campaign Manager
Campaign Manager is a web-based customer management category media management system. Campaign Manager is a system through which a user waits in a queue for any service while the customer listens to the campaign media according to his profile category.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- SharePoint Design and Customization:
- Perform entry-level design and customization of SharePoint elements, including Lists, Content Types, Workflows, Views, and Sites, using and without SharePoint Designer.
- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer, creating custom lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.
- Design and implement custom Page Layouts and Content Types using SharePoint Designer.

- Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, user acceptance test scripts, and oversee project implementations.

- Front-End Development and Customization:
- Customize SharePoint interfaces using XSLT, jQuery, and SharePoint search.
- Design and develop user interfaces and workflows with master pages, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Designer features and files.
