operations running smoothly. Over the years, I have worked closely with users, infrastructure, and management to troubleshoot
issues, reduce downtime, and maintain reliable systems.
Besides, I am creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and content
management. Pro cient in Canva, Figma, CapCut, Wagtail CMS, and Microsoft O ce. I am also currently serving as Media Admin
at Matribhumi Laghubitta, creating visual content and managing digital assets.
Alongside my IT operations role, I am actively building strong cybersecurity skills with a focus on blue team and incident response. I
have practical lab experience in malware analysis, memory and disk forensics, and network tra c analysis, helping me understand
how attacks occur and how they can be detected and investigated.
