· Product & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to place orders for furniture and materials, with the final balance due upon delivery and installation. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers .
· Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule any in-person meeting without penalty.
