I work as a transcriber, and my job is to convert audio or visual content in Arabic into accurately and professionally written text. This work requires careful listening to audio recordings and making sure that every word and information spoken in them is properly documented.
The nature of my work:
1. Careful listening:
Start by listening to an audio or video recording that contains conversations or speeches.
I deal with a variety of topics and dialects.
2. Unpacking texts:
I write audio content verbatim as it is.
3. Review the text:
I review the written text after it is finished unpacking to make sure it matches the recording and is free of spelling or grammatical errors.
