Hi, I’m Akash D Kanabur

I’m a self-taught Android & Java developer and I genuinely enjoy building things that are not just functional, but scalable and meaningful.

Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into system design and architecture, exploring tools like Kafka for real-time systems, Docker for containerization, and AI agentic workflows. I’m really interested in how modern systems are built and how they scale in the real world.

I like solving problems — especially the kind where things look complex at first, but can be simplified with the right approach. I also enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and continuously learning along the way.

Alongside development, I have a good understanding of UI/UX design using Figma, which helps me think from a user’s perspective and build cleaner, more intuitive interfaces.

Outside of tech, you’ll probably find me riding or training — I’m a biker and an athlete, and that mindset of discipline and consistency carries into my work as well :)
