Creates designs of equipment’s for acid gas removal units projects. Equipment includes absorber, KO drums, flash vessels, drain vessel and separators. This covers initial designs for BOD of AGRU & SRU plants. Various simulation tools utilized included ProII, Pro2Col, Multiple Vessel Blowdown 2000, which covers initial design of equipment’s for SRUs, and AGRUs. Obtained Green Passport whilst working with Shell which enables authorized entry into any Shell plant/facilities globally.
Functions as Operations Engineer for LNG trains which encompasses units such as liquefaction, fractionation, and condensate stabilizer, AGRU, including LNG storage and loading facilities. Involved actively in HAZOP studies, leading safety reviews and incident investigations, risk assessments, and IPF review as part of plant operations. Able to function as an operations coordinator in major turnarounds, from planning, scheduling stage, execution and plant shutdown and start-ups. Worked with operations and HSE team to achieve ISO 14001 certification for MLNG.
