I am an Environmental Engineer with experience in GIS mapping, environmental management, municipal planning, and technical documentation. I have worked with ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office 365, supporting environmental projects and public-sector initiatives.

My GIS experience includes creating maps for municipal emergency planning, environmental assessments, technical reports, protected areas, land use, project locations, rivers, roads, and municipal boundaries. I also have experience integrating geographic layers, delineating areas, and preparing clear, accurate maps for planning and decision-making.

Beyond GIS, I have experience preparing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Initial Environmental Assessments (ICMAs), and Environmental Management Plans, as well as supporting environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and project documentation. I contributed to the development of a Municipal Emergency Plan that received a 92% evaluation from COPECO.

My professional background also includes coordinating with municipal departments, government institutions, and development organizations, as well as preparing technical reports, organizing project information, and supporting environmental initiatives.
