Alvin Santoso

As a Software Engineer at Tempatkita Software, I specialized in AI-powered application development. I built AI chatbots, integrated Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini), developed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and implemented AI agents to automate business workflows. I also developed backend APIs with Python and Node.js, integrated vector databases and cloud AI services, and built full-stack web applications using React and modern frameworks. Throughout my time at Tempatkita Software, I worked closely with clients to design AI solutions that improved productivity and streamlined business processes.

I worked at Vodjo for three years as a Full-Stack Developer, specializing in the development of mobile applications and their supporting backend systems. During this time, I contributed to the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. My responsibilities included developing scalable backend APIs, integrating third-party services, building responsive web-based administration panels, and collaborating closely with mobile developers to deliver high-quality iOS and Android applications. I also worked with modern web technologies, databases, cloud services, and version control systems to build reliable and maintainable solutions. My experience at Vodjo was a significant turning point in my IT career. It strengthened both my technical expertise and my understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code, performance optimization, and agile development methodologies. Working in a collaborative environment taught me the importance of effective teamwork, clear communication, and delivering solutions that meet business requirements. In addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams, I regularly communicated with clients to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and provide technical recommendations. This experience helped me develop strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to deliver projects successfully from concept to production.
