I am a supply chain professional with a strong background in order fulfillment and customer logistics. Currently, I’m working in MNC company, where I manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle, handling everything from managing allocations and deliveries and resolving customer queries.
Prior to this Company, I spent nearly three years as an SCM Engineer focusing on customer logistics. There, I gained deep, hands-on experience in customer order management, inventory optimization, and packaging management. I also worked closely with Tier-1 automotive clients, ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining safety stock levels.
