1. Full customer lifecycle management:
· From the first contact with the customer, through understanding their needs, designing the tour program, making offers, closing reservations, and following up after the trip.

2. Designing customized and luxury travel programs:
· I tailor travel programs to each client's desire, including flight bookings (business and first class), 5-star hotels, private transfers (limousine, private jets), and exclusive tours.
· I made sure to meet all the client's expectations, from the choice of the destination to the organization of the fine details of the trip.
3. Use of Advanced Reservation Systems (GDS):
· I used global booking systems like Sabre and Amadeus to search for the best fares and flights for my customers.
· I had experience with Flyflat's booking methods, which enabled me to offer airline tickets at prices that were 30-80% lower than the prices offered in the market.
4. Build strong relationships with suppliers:
· I have been communicating and negotiating with luxury hotels, airlines, and international carriers to secure the best offers and services for my clients.
· I have been building strategic partnerships with service providers to ensure that my clients have the best possible experience.
5. Problem Solving and Crisis Management:
· I would handle any emergency during the client's journey (flight cancellation, reschedule, hotel problem) and resolve it quickly and professionally.
· I would ensure that the customer would feel comfortable and safe throughout their journey, and that I would be in constant contact with them to resolve any issues.
