I am a Finance and Business Analyst with over 6 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, ERP systems, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, cost analysis, and process improvement. My experience covers both day-to-day accounting activities and analytical responsibilities, with a strong focus on accuracy, reporting, and improving financial processes.

Since December 2023, I have been working as a Business Analyst at Hamdard Pakistan, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Group to configure and maintain financial processes within the ERP. My responsibilities include analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, preparing management and ad-hoc financial reports, analyzing monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, supporting annual business planning and forecasting, and assisting with audits. I also work on workflow improvements, automation of repetitive tasks, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Executive at Feroze1888 Mills Limited from June 2022 to November 2023. My responsibilities included supplier aging analysis, GL account reconciliations, packing store inventory and ledger reconciliation, month-end procedures, financial reporting, board pack preparation, segment reporting, variance analysis, and audit support.

Before that, I worked at Martin Dow Limited from February 2020 to May 2022 as a Management Trainee – Assistant Manager Accounts. I was involved in product-wise gross profit analysis, operating expense budget monitoring, provisioning, manufacturing cost analysis, standard versus actual cost analysis, month-end closing, management reporting, overhead analysis, and coordination with internal and external auditors.

My key technical skills include SAP FI/CO, Oracle, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Office. I also have practical experience in invoice recording, supplier and employee aging analysis, vendor ledger reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis. I have worked closely with IT and BI teams to automate financial reports and improve reporting efficiency.

I am detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and comfortable working with financial data and different ERP systems. I am also adaptable and willing to learn new tools, processes, and business requirements. I aim to use my finance and analytical experience to provide accurate, reliable, and efficient financial support while continuing to develop my professional skills.
