Arghya Polley

I design and build systems that are meant to scale. I work across full stack, generative AI, and platform architecture, and I like taking a problem from the first idea all the way to a stable production release. I spend most of my time with React, Node, Golang, Python, cloud platforms, and modern API design, and I’ve gone deep into LLM architecture, vector search, retrieval pipelines, and the tools needed to run AI in the real world.

I move easily between layers. One moment I’m shaping the system design, the next I’m tuning data flows or writing the code that makes the experience feel smooth for users. I lead teams, mentor engineers, and help groups clean up tech debt so they can ship faster without breaking things later.

I enjoy solving hard problems, simplifying complex systems, and building platforms that developers actually want to use. If the challenge needs strong architecture thinking, hands on engineering, and steady leadership, that’s where I do my best work.
