Designed and developed the **Smart Kopargaon Hackathon**, a secure, full-stack hackathon management platform that streamlines the complete event lifecycle. Built a scalable system featuring participant registration, secure payment integration, team creation and management, role-based access control (Admin, Organizer, Mentor, Evaluator, and Participant), project submission, multi-dashboard analytics, real-time evaluation and scoring, leaderboard management, automated email notifications, and an intuitive admin panel. Implemented modern security practices, authentication, and optimized APIs to ensure performance, reliability, and data protection, enabling organizers to efficiently manage large-scale hackathons while delivering a seamless experience for participants, mentors, and judges.
