• Web Accessibility Expertise: Actively training to meet international web accessibility standards (WCAG) and aim to be the department’s accessibility champion. I recently delivered the Society’s first PDFs that required no third-party remediation.

• Brand & Template Development: Built a brand asset library for the studio team, ensuring consistency across all materials. Designed and implemented a new PowerPoint template and with the help of IT, embedded in Office 365 for business wide use.

• Innovation & Time-saving Solutions: Created interactive poster templates and guides for customer comms, reducing the need for studio briefs and saving hours of design time.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Designed and managed the Purpose Impact Report for three consecutive years, coordinating communication, feedback, and asset collection through Teams and Miro, meeting critical deadlines for stakeholder and board approval.

including print materials, digital banners, social media content, and explainer videos for high-profile clients such as Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos, BAE Systems, and The Co-op. Managed multiple asset libraries while consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
