Creative Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with content, digital, PR, social, customer and internal comms to create a wide range of assets, including animations, digital ads, print campaigns, letters, and forms. Proactively assess briefs, propose creative solutions, and confidently present ideas to both the Studio team and senior stakeholders.

• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Led improvements to the briefing process
and Jira workflow, increasing output, reducing errors, and ensuring timely delivery. Implemented changes that enhanced visibility of due dates, streamlining project management across teams.

• Web Accessibility Expertise: Actively training to meet international web accessibility standards (WCAG) and aim to be the department’s accessibility champion. I recently delivered the Society’s first PDFs that required no third-party remediation.

• Brand & Template Development: Built a brand asset library for the studio team, ensuring consistency across all materials. Designed and implemented a new PowerPoint template and with the help of IT, embedded in Office 365 for business wide use.

• Innovation & Time-saving Solutions: Created interactive poster templates and guides for customer comms, reducing the need for studio briefs and saving hours of design time.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Designed and managed the Purpose Impact Report for three consecutive years, coordinating communication, feedback, and asset collection through Teams and Miro, meeting critical deadlines for stakeholder and board approval.

• Team Engagement & Wellbeing: Active member of the Society’s Wellbeing Forum

• Diverse Asset Creation for Leading Brands: Produced a wide range of assets,
including print materials, digital banners, social media content, and explainer videos for high-profile clients such as Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos, BAE Systems, and The Co-op. Managed multiple asset libraries while consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

• Thriving in Fast-Paced Environments: Excelled in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities. Juggled multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong time management and clear communication regarding status updates and time estimates.

• Streamlining Client Collaboration & Project Efficiency: Developed an interactive script and storyboard template to enhance client collaboration from the outset, ensuring project clarity and alignment.
