Currently, as a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner at Phaedra Solutions, I lead multiple products across FinTech, EdTech, and HealthTech, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and requirement analysis to execution and release. I collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and senior stakeholders to build roadmaps, refine product strategy, and deliver features that drive measurable impact. My role also involves preparing proposals, supporting go-to-market activities, and representing products in client demos and stakeholder meetings.

Previously at Programmers Force and Arrivy, I strengthened my expertise in writing detailed requirement documents, translating complex needs into clear user stories, and ensuring alignment between teams. I have consistently maintained product quality, facilitated sprint planning, handled client communication, and adapted plans based on evolving insights. My hands-on experience with AI-driven platforms such as Shufti Pro, Facia, and Farugster, as well as systems like ZMN Load, Muhimma, Restat, and Megatourn, has given me a broad understanding of diverse digital ecosystems and user behaviors.

My early roles in project coordination and project management further developed my ability to manage timelines, budgets, and communication while keeping teams focused and motivated. With a BSCS from COMSATS University, I bring a strong technical foundation that enables me to work effectively with engineering teams and understand the technical constraints behind product decisions.
