Aymeric Turpin

Over the past five years, I have often found myself working in non-standard jobs. I first juggled between temporary work and small summer jobs before signing my first permanent contract as an attraction animator at Disneyland Paris, a position I held for nearly three years. This work has allowed me to improve my understanding of customer expectations, as well as my management of emotions.

I then quit my job and my home in order to achieve one of my lifelong goals: living abroad. In this case, I chose a country that I have always liked, Japan.

I'll share my various experiences in Japanese restaurants with you about the work I'm currently doing: QA testing and customer support. I've been working for over a year with a video game QA publishing and testing company called Osaka-based Active Gaming Media, and I also provide customer service at Celsius Online, a French company, while also being an administrator on several of their games.

I find in this job all the skills I have acquired over time thanks to my past experiences: customer management, formulation, efficiency and proactivity.
