Job Scope – General Manager

As the General Manager, I am responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the company. My key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily operations of both manufacturing and trading divisions
• Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Managing production planning, quality control, and operational efficiency for tempered glass manufacturing
• Supervising procurement, sales, and supply chain management for float glass trading
• Leading and developing management and operational teams
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identifying market opportunities and supporting new product or business development initiatives
