Presentation
Most of my work is with healthcare and multi-location service operators: organizations running a mix of EHR, CRM, spreadsheets and admin staff, where the operations team has grown faster than the systems underneath it.
What I typically deliver
• Operations and systems audit — a map of where time, data and money leak, with a prioritized roadmap
• AI documentation and intake automation — drafting, summarizing and QA of clinical or operational paperwork
• Integration work — connecting platforms that don't talk to each other (EHR, billing, payer portals, CRM, data warehouse)
• Internal tools and dashboards that replace spreadsheet workflows
• AI strategy for leadership — what to build, what to buy, what to ignore
Background
Backend engineering, infrastructure and DevOps, including enterprise work at Capital One and engineering at a Shopify Plus agency. MBA in IT management. I design for regulated environments — access control, audit trails and data handling are part of the build, not an afterthought.
How I work
Every engagement starts with a paid assessment, so scope comes from what's actually in your stack rather than assumptions. You keep the roadmap whether or not you continue with me for the build. Implementation is quoted as a fixed-fee project against milestones, not hourly.
I take a small number of engagements at a time and I'll tell you when something isn't worth building.
