Hi, I’m Chirag, an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur, with a B.Tech in Computer Science and professional experience spanning business development, data-driven research, brand management, technology, and consulting support.

I currently work with UST, where I contribute to business and technology-focused projects while developing expertise in research, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, process understanding, documentation, and structured problem-solving. My experience at UST has strengthened my ability to understand business requirements, analyze information, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Before joining UST, I worked as a Business Development Manager at M&B Vet Care, where I increased sales by 20% by onboarding more than 50 clients and improved client retention by 15%. I also led market research and marketing initiatives involving 500+ customers and 30+ competitors, contributing to a 35% increase in inquiries. During my internship at Mike Bags & Smily Kiddos, I conducted SWOT, PESTEL, BCG, and competitor analyses across 11 states, identified three untapped markets, improved brand visibility in Hyderabad by 40%, and helped generate ₹10 lakh+ in pipeline value.

My earlier experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies gave me exposure to the insurance domain, Guidewire solutions, underwriting, claims management, policy administration, software implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and aligning technology solutions with business requirements.
