Hi, I'm Çisel. I have over four years of experience in freight forwarding and international logistics, including two years of professional experience in the United States and two years in Turkey.
During my time in the U.S., I gained hands-on experience in import operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and communication with carriers, customers, and overseas agents. I am familiar with the day-to-day challenges of freight forwarding and understand the importance of accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and clear communication throughout the shipment process.
After returning to Turkey, I continued developing my experience in international trade, logistics, sales, and customer relations. Working in both the U.S. and Turkey has helped me become highly adaptable and comfortable working with international teams and customers from different backgrounds.
I am organized, responsible, and proactive, and I enjoy solving problems and keeping operations moving smoothly. I am currently looking for a remote position where I can use my international logistics experience, particularly in freight forwarding, import operations, or supply chain coordination, while contributing to a global team.
