My name is Kadjo Kouakou Claude Hermann, a professional based in Bingerville, passionate about the world of marketing, digital communication and graphic design. My training path reflects this dual expertise: I first obtained a BTS in Business Management and then a Professional License in Marketing and Advertising Communication at the Pigier Abidjan school, before consolidating my technical skills in 2024 with a certification in Graphic Design option Photoshop Pro at Gomycode Abidjan. This solid academic and practical foundation allows me today to perfectly link strategic thinking to visual creation. On a professional level, I have developed great agility by combining diversified and complementary experiences. In February 2025, I worked as a temporary marketing and digital communication assistant at Bayview Service West Africa in Marcory Zone 4, where I managed SEO/SEA SEO, community management and graphic design. During the summer of 2025, I collaborated in freelancing with the Bureau National d'Etudes Techniques et de Développement (BNETD) in Cocody to manage the data collection and customer contact phase as part of a major notoriety survey, an institution that I already knew from having done a market research internship there in 2023. Between December 2025 and February 2026, I held the position of Marketing and Communication Manager on a fixed-term contract at Altaris Conseils et Services. In this position, I was in charge of the overall strategy (internal and external), social media management, monitoring reporting, making videos and strictly respecting the brand's visual identity. Most recently, in March 2026, I put my skills at the service of Mozar Group as a digital marketing and communication manager, where I managed customer acquisition strategies for a digital assistance service. With all these experiences, I decided to become an entrepreneur by founding and managing my own structure called LA MAISON CREATIVE. Through this agency, I support a very varied clientele made up of companies, individuals, artists and project leaders who wish to boost their online visibility. I offer them a totally personalized turnkey offer: I develop their media communication strategies and action plans, while personally taking charge of the creation of their graphic content, the editing of their videos, the design of their websites and the animation of their social networks on a daily basis. Also proficient in essential office tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel (for which I have the international MOS certification), I position myself as the single point of contact capable of transforming complex marketing objectives into simple, impactful and modern visual solutions.
