- Coaching for Technical Leaders: I help managers who have been promoted by their technical ability to develop the "human layer" they now need: read the weather, give feedback that doesn't hurt and build real trust.
- Intervention in Team Conflicts: He did not mediate for them to get along. I intervene so that they are functional. I help translate personal conflict into creative and productive tension.
