Full-stack engineer who has been building and shipping software since 1993 — from COBOL/CICS transaction systems to today’s Java/Spring Boot APIs and Angular/React front ends. Designed and delivered a national digital-health platform (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle, REST APIs, OAuth2/SSO) used by 20,000 healthcare providers and 8.5 million citizens, and an API-management/integration layer (WSO2) connecting government agencies. Comfortable across the whole stack: data model and SQL/PL-SQL, REST and microservice back ends, modern JavaScript/TypeScript front ends, CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker) and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, private IaaS).
