With more than 30 years of experience in higher education in Private Universities, I am a trainer specialized in office automation tools and computerized management software. My career has allowed me to develop a solid and operational expertise in essential areas such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Sage 100 i7 professional solutions (Accounting, Commercial Management, Payroll and Human Resources).
My specialty lies in the transmission of practical skills immediately applicable in the workplace. I support my learners not only in the technical mastery of the tools, but also in the understanding of the management logics that underpin them. My pedagogical approach is results-oriented: I favor simple, structured and progressive methods, adapted to all levels, from beginners to professionals wishing to improve.
