I am an undergraduate pursuing B.A. (Honours) in Sociology with International Relations at Jadavpur University, with academic and professional interests in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Consulting, Public Policy, and Social Research. My work is driven by an interest in understanding how people, institutions, and organizations interact, and how research, strategic thinking, and effective management can contribute to stronger organizations and more inclusive systems.

Through my experience as an HR Recruiter Intern at Xperteez Technology Pvt. Ltd., I gained practical exposure to talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, client communication, and recruitment operations within a professional corporate environment.
Beyond academics, I serve as the Social Media Lead at the Finance & Consulting Club, Jadavpur University, where I contribute to strategic communication, branding, and student engagement while actively participating in university conferences and institutional initiatives.
