Dana Hijazeen

I have around twelve years of experience in economic empowerment across Jordan and the MENA region. I design livelihood and workforce programs, run labor market assessments, and work on skills development. A big part of what I do is making sure women, youth, refugees, and people with disabilities have real access to economic opportunities. I also write technical reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle program design. I always check that our work fits the local market and context. I am strong on analysis and content. I build partnerships that deliver lasting and inclusive results.
