I am a Fiber Optics, Network and IT Support professional based in Ghana with hands-on experience across fiber optic installation, FTTH deployment, networking, Wi-Fi, desktop support and field engineering. Also an Instructor in computer, networking, fiber optics, and wireless communication.

My technical experience includes fiber installation, fusion splicing, termination, ONT, ATB, FAT, ODF, installation, High Rise home and office deployment, optical power testing, drop cable installation, fiber troubleshooting and installation documentation.

I also have practical networking and IT support knowledge covering routers, network switches, Wi-Fi access points and extenders, DHCP, DNS, IP networking, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Windows desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting and client support.

I enjoy diagnosing technical problems, working directly with customers and field teams, and finding practical solutions that keep networks and users connected, as well as training in all these areas.
