1. Data Collection & Management
The foundation of this roadmap began with mastering the collection, cleaning, and formatting of datasets using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets — establishing a disciplined approach to working with raw data.
2. Data Visualization & Business Intelligence
Building on that foundation, I developed proficiency in Power BI, gaining a practical understanding of Business Intelligence principles — transforming structured data into actionable visual insights for informed decision-making.
3. Data Analysis with Python
Combining data management and visualization competencies naturally led to data analysis using Python. This stage involved working with core libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib to perform deeper, programmatic analysis at scale.
4. Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence (Target Milestone)
The culmination of this roadmap is the application of Machine Learning and AI — leveraging the analytical and technical foundation built across each preceding stage to develop intelligent, data-driven solutions.
