Dervaish Ahmed

With over 5 years of experience in AI automation working for diverse companies and clients throughout my career, I specialize in transforming business operations through advanced AI engineering and custom automation. I design, build, and implement end-to-end workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and create scalable operational engines.

Using powerful tools like n8n, Supabase, and custom AI architectures, my expertise spans across:

AI Voice Calling Agents & AI Receptionists: Engineering smart conversational voice bots that instantly call leads the second they interact with Meta Ads or submit a web form. These agents dynamically answer complex questions, qualify the prospect, and book meetings directly into your calendar.

Fully Automated Lead Pipelines: Designing seamless hand-offs where, following an AI voice call, you instantly receive an email containing a complete summary of the person's profile and information alongside a confirmed calendar event.

Intelligent Omnichannel Support: Building bespoke customer service solutions and automated conversational agents across platforms like Chatwoot, Airbnb, and Hospitable.

Custom API Integrations & Webhooks: Seamlessly connecting disparate applications to create unified, hyper-responsive ecosystems.

Marketing & Social Media Automation: Engineering automated pipelines for LinkedIn content generation, Instagram competitor analysis, and targeted lead magnet delivery.

I partner closely with my clients from the initial strategy phase all the way through to deployment. Rather than just writing code, I provide strategic advice and tailored solutions designed to solve your unique operational bottlenecks. My ultimate goal is to build reliable, autonomous systems that handle the heavy lifting, giving you the time and freedom to focus on what matters most: your growth.
