UX Research & service Design
Category : Market studies
I'm a designer who started with spaces, fell in love with systems, and somewhere along the way realised that research was the thread connecting it all.
My journey through spatial, service and systems design at the University of the Arts London shaped how I see the world, less in terms of products and interfaces, more in terms of people, patterns and the quiet gaps between them. At a digital startup, I got to put that thinking to the test, leading UX research in a fast moving Agile environment:
- Designed user surveys for 200+ users across product phases to track evolving needs.
- Translated qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that directly influenced product strategy.
- Led usability testing and market analysis that surfaced behavioural patterns that fed directly into design decisions.
- Collaborated cross-functionally to integrate user-centric decisions into the development cycle.
I'm currently looking for a role in UX Research, Product Operations or Service Design where curiosity is valued, research goes deeper than surveys and people are always the starting point.
(I also make a solid cup of filter coffee, which I find pairs well with ambiguity.)
