Before this, as Deputy Director of ORIC at Virtual University of Pakistan, I managed complex research projects worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, coordinated across international organizations including the British Council and South Korea's Ministry of Science and Technology, organized webinars, conferences, and workshops, and maintained multi-stakeholder communication across time zones.
