I help small and medium businesses make decisions based on numbers, not guesswork. I turn messy data into clear financial models, P&L statements, and unit economics that show where you actually make money and where you lose it.

What I do:

Financial Models & P&L for SMEs: I build investor-ready and bank-ready financial models in Excel or Google Sheets. This includes P&L, Cash Flow, scenario analysis (base / optimistic / downside), and break-even calculations.

Unit Economics: I calculate the true profitability of a single product, service, or customer. You will see your margin after all variable costs, and understand which products are worth scaling.

Investor-Ready Models in Excel: I structure models with clearly marked assumptions and drivers, so investors or lenders can stress-test them and see the logic behind every number.

Example of my work:
I built a financial model for a hotel project (Oktyabrskaya Hotel, Gomel) to prepare it for an investor. The model included historical data analysis, key revenue drivers (occupancy, ADR), three scenarios, and a break-even point. The result was a tool the investor could review and challenge, not just a set of static numbers.

Tools: Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, scenario modeling, Python/SQL (basic level) for data preparation.
