I am a graduate of medical laboratory science with proficiency in clinical disciplines but most of my career experience is in customer service in different industries such as retail, insurance, and medical fields. I have a total career length of about a year and a half of working as a freelancer. This gave me the opportunity to have a unique skillset coming from different backgrounds which makes me very versatile. I incorporate my genuine desire to help people and that makes my work so much easier. I am also very easy to train since I've been with several industries and it makes it easier to learn now that I get the niche.
