I build automation systems that stop leads, documents, and follow-ups from falling through the cracks, the kind of manual work a business has outgrown but hasn’t got round to fixing.
Most of my work is in three areas:

Lead capture and response. A new enquiry comes in from a form, a chat, or a missed call. It gets logged somewhere structured, the sender gets an immediate acknowledgment, and the right person on your team is notified with enough context to follow up properly. No one has to remember to check an inbox.
Connecting the tools you already use. CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, Notion, Slack, moving data between them automatically instead of someone copying rows by hand.
AI inside real workflows. I integrate the Claude API into production automations for things like drafting content or structuring incoming information, with a human review step before anything goes out.
