Over the past years, I have held various roles such as tour leader, tourism specialist, receptionist, and marketing coordinator, working with reputable companies including Royal Spa Velingrad, Royal Hotel Plovdiv, Luxury Holidays, and Valenti7. My experience includes creating customized travel and accommodation offers, handling reservations, maintaining client relationships, and managing content on online platforms such as Booking.com, Clock PMS+, and Mailchimp.

I hold a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Tourism from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and I am certified by Google in Digital Marketing and Google Ads. I speak Bulgarian (native), Russian (advanced), English and Greek (intermediate), and have basic knowledge of Italian and German.
