I analyze the situation of each asset left, checking if there is any pending registration, deed, debts or any irregularity that needs attention.
When necessary, I advise on the essential regularizations for the sharing to occur without obstacles.
4. Tax calculation and guidance
I calculate and prepare all the part related to the ITCMD (inventory tax), in addition to advising on deadlines and procedures, avoiding fines and future complications.
5. Mediation and agreement building
When there are disagreements between heirs, I act in a balanced and technical way to help build fair agreements and within the law.
My focus is to facilitate dialogue and reduce conflicts, preserving family relationships whenever possible.
6. Drafting of documents and petitions
I write all the necessary petitions, minutes and statements, ensuring that everything is presented correctly to the notary or the Judiciary.
7. Complete monitoring of the process
I follow each step, keep you informed of the progress and work so that the inventory moves forward without delays.

8. Finalization of the inventory and division of assets
At closing, I organize and formalize the division of assets according to the legislation and the agreements signed between the heirs, ensuring legal certainty for all.
