I am able to do Scoping and Planning of a project, to Define the objectives (SMART), the deliverables, the budget and the schedule (Gantt, Agile/Scrum methods).
Technical management: Use team coordination management tools: Liaise between the various stakeholders Manage risk management: Identify potential blockages (delivery delays, budget overruns) and propose contingency plans. Develop reporting and present progress reports and performance analyses (KPIs) to stakeholders.
